Yes it's in your best interest to either phone or call into the day spa & reserve an appointment. Although we can sometimes accommodate "walk-ins," Tranquillity is set up for pre-scheduled appointments. This is especially true, when you need a specific time or prefer a certain therapist for services. Keep in mind also that couples and group bookings take longer to coordinate, so you will probably want to allow a week or two for the best selection of times and services.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment, this allows you to complete your consultation form & enjoy a refreshment before commencing your treatment.

What if I arrive late for my appointment?

If you expect to be late for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make any adjustments needed to keep you and our staff on schedule. It will not always be possible for us to give a late client the entire appointment time, especially if the client is more than ten minutes late. Please note that the client is responsible for payment of the schedules service, not the time given.

In the case of a package, we will generally cut the service time of the first scheduled service to keep the other services on time. Again, the client is responsible for payment of the scheduled services.

Should I bring anything with me?

We provide fresh robes, disposable g-strings & disposable spa slippers.

We advise that men bring swimmers or board shorts for Spa Treatments if they are uncomfortable with wearing the male g-string.

Will I need to totally disrobe for a Spa Treatment?

Our therapists are fully trained to cover areas which are not involved in the treatment. Your privacy is assured at all times with only yourself & the therapist in the room.

Can I bring my mobile phone with me?

Yes, unfortunately all phones must be turned off when entering the building so as not to disturb yourself & other clients whilst having treatments.

Therapists are unable to stop treatments for clients to speak on mobiles as this then runs therapist's late for their next appointment.

Can I bring my children?

As this is a Day Spa & clients are having relaxation treatments, we strongly recommend alternate arrangements be made where possible, if it is necessary to bring your child they are unable to be in the treatment rooms & must remain quietly seated in the reception area at all times.

Gift Certificates and Vouchers

We do not offer refunds on gift certificate purchases, but will gladly transfer the certificate to another individual with the return of the original gift certificate.

We do not exchange gift vouchers for cash.

Gift vouchers valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
